• Active Bar License in good standing; multiple bars a plus
• 2–4 years of defense litigation experience, product liability/toxic tort a plus
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Trial preparation and strategy discussion
• Research legal issues and fact investigations
• Draft briefs, memos and client updates
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations
