Job summary

Swift Currie McGhee & Hiers, a premier Georgia litigation firm, seeks a motivated Litigation Associate in Atlanta, GA. You will work with Partners, Associates, Paralegals and Legal Assistants on complex cases, including medical and accident records and technical issues, building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates will combine analytical reasoning, strong writing and oral communication, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school.
• Member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
• Three to four years of litigation experience in insurance defense preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analytical skills: analyze and apply law to facts of the case.
• Written and verbal communication to clients, insurers, witnesses, and counsel.
• Timely completion and submission of assignments.
