The ideal candidate will have exceptional academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to lead and mentor junior attorneys while building client relationships.

Qualifications

• JD required and bar admission to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
• Experience with complex litigation and strong research/writing demonstrated.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities with client relationship focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of litigation.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze case information.
• Represent clients in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Oversee the discovery process.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff.
