Qualifications

• Experience in civil defense litigation and complex cases preferred.
• Strong analytical reading of medical records and expert coordination.
• Ability to manage discovery, depositions and court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Handle new cases from investigation through discovery and trial prep.
• Respond on emergency basis to serious accidents, coordinating with clients and consultants.
• Analyze medical records for client reports and coordinate expert witnesses.
• Cover court appearances and take depositions.
