The attorney will ensure deadlines are met and collaborate with clients, experts, and senior attorneys to craft effective litigation strategies. Qualified candidates will hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the NY State Bar, and

Qualifications

• JD required from ABA-accredited law school (e.g., NY bar eligibility)
• Admission to the New York State Bar
• Experience handling defense in Transportation, Construction Litigation and Tort cases
• ADR experience in arbitrations and mediations
• Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions and respond to discovery

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients, experts, and attorneys to develop and execute effective litigation strategies.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, prepare strategic memoranda, and collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to ensure seamless case management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Experience handling the defense of Transportation, Construction Litigation, and Tort Liability.
• Prior ADR experience handling arbitrations and mediations.
• Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions and respond to discovery requests.
