Litigation Associate - Seattle
Stokes Lawrence, P.S., a mid-sized commercial law firm with offices in Seattle and Yakima, is seeking a litigation associate with three to five years of relevant experience to join our Seattle office. Candidates must have excellent legal research and writing skills, an ability to work independently, and strong advocacy skills. Candidates should have experience handling all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions, and with drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Outstanding academic achievement and superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Clerkship experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For third to fifth year candidates, the expected salary range is between $146,000 - $169,000 and includes opportunities for a quarterly nondiscretionary hours stipend and a discretionary annual bonus.
