Trust & Estate Litigation Associate – Seattle

Stokes Lawrence, P.S. is seeking a mid-level associate to join the thriving trust and estate litigation practice in our Seattle office. Successful candidates will have outstanding academic achievement and superior analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in and desire to build a trust and estate litigation practice. Three to five years of relevant litigation experience is preferred.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For third to fifth-year candidates, the expected salary range is between $146,000 - $169,000, along with opportunities for a quarterly non-discretionary hours stipend and/or a discretionary annual bonus. Stokes Lawrence provides attorneys with medical, vision, dental, life, AD&D, and disability insurance coverage, bar and professional membership dues, paid parental leave, flexible PTO, and contributions to a 401(k) profit-sharing plan.
