Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience required.
• J.D. and Illinois license (ARDC registered) in good standing.
• Real estate litigation exposure preferred; local government/municipal law experience a plus.
• Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters, including motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
• Draft briefs, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Appear in state and/or federal court.
• Advise on real estate disputes as needed.
• Support land banking and local government client matters.
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients.
