• Demonstrated experience with motions, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned litigation work accurately and on time within legal standards.
• Maintain calendar accuracy for deadlines, filings, and responses; ensure compliance with court rules.
• Capture all time contemporaneously and convert into billed output with clear descriptions.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests, prepare for depositions, and organize evidentiary materials.
• Communicate case status with clients and internal stakeholders; document communications in case systems.
