Orion Placement in Texas is seeking a litigation-forward personal injury attorney to manage a full docket of cases, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, with hands-on responsibility. You will work with dedicated support staff, driving cases from filing through resolution or trial in a 100% in-office setting across Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio.

The role offers a base salary of $150,000 plus 12% commission on legal fees, a $15,000 retention bonus, and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience handling personal injury litigation matters.
• Comfortable managing discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy abilities.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a litigation docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff to drive cases forward
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases strategically from filing through resolution or trial
