Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Chicago team. You will work closely with trial attorneys, supporting the litigation process before, during, and after trials.

This role offers exposure to a top-tier personal injury practice and opportunities to develop courtroom skills. Candidates should have a law degree, an active IL State Bar license, and 1+ year of litigation experience.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree from an accredited school.
• Active IL State Bar membership in good standing.
• 1+ years of litigation experience (PI preferred).
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships and manage case communications.
• Assist with pre-suit demands and case preparation.
• Prepare legal reports and drafting for depositions and hearings.
• Coordinate with expert witnesses and litigation team.
