Kubicki Draper’s West Palm Beach office seeks a litigation associate (entry-level or more experienced) to support pre-suit and defense matters in personal injury and insurance defense. Florida Bar admission is strongly preferred, with remote or hybrid options available for Florida residents.

Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings, and collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing.
• Proficient in Word, MS Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.

• Draft/review and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery.
