Kubicki Draper’s Miami office seeks an Associate with 1+ years of litigation experience, with required bodily injury and insurance defense exposure. This role offers growth within a respected firm and exposure to significant cases.

You will draft pleadings, attend hearings, participate in depositions, and assist with trial preparation. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the rest of the MS Office suite is expected in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions, analyze discovery issues, and prepare reports for clients.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements.
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trial.
• Must be proficient in Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel.
