Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Arkansas, or ability to obtain Arkansas licensure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple active matters.
• Professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Handle litigation matters from initial filing through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, briefs, and correspondence
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and court appearances
• Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and updates
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial proceedings
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff on case management and litigation strategy
