gpac LLC, a top-rated law firm in Philadelphia, is expanding and seeking an Associate Attorney to join our litigation team. We want a candidate with a solid understanding of the litigation process and a drive to advance their career.

If you are an attorney seeking the opportunity to manage your own caseload and have at least three years of litigation experience, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will communicate exceptionally with clients and maintain a client‑focused approach.

Formación

• 3 - 5 years of litigation experience
• Skilled at arguing motions
• Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
• Active membership with the CA State Bar
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Responsabilidades

• Participate in depositions and attend court hearings
• Trial preparation and active participation in trials alongside senior attorneys
• Attend mediations and actively participate in negotiating settlements
• Direct contact with diverse clients and companies
