Qualifications

• 3-8 years of litigation experience and active Indiana Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience appearing in Indiana state and federal courts and knowledge of Indiana Trial Rules.
• Excellent legal research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist with a broad range of litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-oriented legal counsel to clients.
• Perform legal research and prepare briefs for state and federal court proceedings.
• Work closely with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout all stages of litigation.
• Participate in business development initiatives and help cultivate new and existing client relationships.
