Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Nevada Bar admission.
• 2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Experience handling insurance defense, general liability, transportation, premises liability, construction defect, product liability, or commercial litigation matters.
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense and civil litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation-related documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
• Conduct legal research and assist in developing case strategy.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and stakeholders throughout all stages of litigation.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
