• 3-5years of complex commercial litigation experience, with excellent research and persuasive writing skills
• Case management experience; experience arguing motions, taking or defending depositions, and handling party and non-party discovery is a strong plus
• Energy litigation or energy regulatory experience

• New York bar admission in good standing, or in progress
