Job summary

You will work directly with Partners on a range of commercial litigation and regulatory matters, gain substantial client exposure, and develop a nationally recognized practice.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
• Commercial litigation experience required.
• Experience with regulatory compliance matters helpful.
• Strong research and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, briefs, and client communications.
• Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Advise land distributors and manufacturers on regulatory compliance matters.
• Counsel clients regarding dealer and franchise relationships.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices on sophisticated litigation and counseling matters.
• Develop direct relationships with national clients.
