Ideal applicants have a J.D. from an ABA-accredited school and Florida bar admission (or reciprocity), plus 4+ years of trial experience, strong legal writing, and a track record of client-relations

Formación

• J.D. from ABA-accredited institution and Florida bar admission or reciprocity eligibility.
• At least 4 years of trial experience.
• Strong academic record and excellent legal research/writing abilities.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% to client homes and other locations.

Responsabilidades

• Case investigation and management of discovery.
• Taking and defending depositions; document review.
• Drafting and arguing motions; preparing cases for trial.
• Serving as second/third chair during trials with potential to lead.
• Collaborate with team to represent injured clients and maintain deadlines.
