Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, motivation, project management and creative thinking expected.
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Involved in pre-lawsuit investigation and case analysis.
• Handle written discovery, depositions, and motions.
• Assist in arbitration, mediations, and trials.
• Research and write on insurance coverage matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues on a growing book of business.
