We are excited to offer an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our established and growing practice in our Atlanta office. In this role, you will gain meaningful, hands-on litigation experience across a diverse range of matters, including employment law, community association disputes, complex civil litigation, transportation, professional and premise liability claims.

Attorney Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of litigation experience, including pre- and post-suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation. Experience in employment, premises liability, products liability, and/or business litigation preferred.
• Bar Admission: Active membership in the Georgia State Bar in good standing
• Education: J.D. from an accredited law school
• Professional Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to building a long-term career in litigation

Associate Attorney Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary starting at $105,000, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunity
