Experienced Litigation Associate – Client-Focused Practice

We’re expanding our litigation practice and seeking Associate Attorneys who are ready to step into a more dynamic role with increased responsibility and visibility. This newly defined position is ideal for litigators who want deeper client involvement, more ownership of their cases, and access to meaningful mentorship that supports long‑term growth.

As a full‑time Associate Attorney in our Los Angeles office, you’ll join a nationally recognized litigation firm and become a key contributor to an established and growing line of business. You’ll work closely with partners and senior attorneys, take an active role in client strategy and case management, and continue to sharpen your skills through hands‑on experience and personalized mentoring designed to support both performance and balance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Litigation experience including pre‑ and post‑suit investigations, case analysis, drafting and responding to discovery, preparing and arguing law and motion, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation, in the areas of premises liability, motor vehicle, products liability, construction and professional liability.
• Skills: Strong legal research, written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills and skills to develop and implement efficient strategies to resolve claims against our clients.
• Motivation: A self‑starter with a proactive mindset and strong project management skills.
• Licensing: You must currently be in good standing with the California State Bar. J.D. required.
