Job summary
Littleton Joyce Ughetta & Kelly LLP, a litigation boutique with over 20 attorneys, seeks an enthusiastic associate to advance as a trial lawyer in a collegial firm. Candidates may join our NYC office in the Financial District, our Radnor, PA office, or our Merritt Island, FL office.
The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of litigation experience, excellent research and writing skills, and admission to NY/NJ/PA/FL bars.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of litigation experience.
- Admission to NY/NJ/PA/FL bars.
- Ability to work from NYC (Financial District), Radnor, PA or Merritt Island, FL.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with lead trial counsel on catastrophic cases.
- Mentor with senior partners who want you to advance and succeed.
- Attend court conferences, hearings and trials.
- Take and defend fact and expert depositions.
- Perform legal research and draft motions and briefs, including dispositive motions.
