Responsibilities

Draft pleadings, motions and discovery documents.
Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy development for malpractice defense.
Manage case files and participate in depositions and witness preparation.
Communicate with clients and experts; attend hearings and conferences as needed.
Collaborate with partners to move cases toward resolution or trial.
