Job summary

Matterpointe is partnering with a well-established regional litigation firm to support the addition of a Litigation Associate as the practice continues to grow its West Coast footprint. This role is designed for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility early.

The firm’s litigators are hands-on, trial-oriented, and collaborative—associates are not siloed into narrow tasks. You’ll be trusted with substantive work across the lifecycle of cases, from strategy through resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of civil or commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Comfort managing matters with minimal supervision.
• Washington bar admission (or ability to waive in).

Responsibilities

• Direct exposure to partners and clients.
• Handle motion practice, discovery strategy, and depositions.
• Contribute across the lifecycle of cases from strategy through resolution.
