Job summary

LumenCeler Group in California seeks a Civil Litigation Associate with 1–8 years of civil litigation experience. This role offers hybrid or full remote flexibility, with office access in West LA and San Francisco, CA, and a strong bonus program.

You will handle cases from inception through resolution, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, attend court appearances, mediations, and trials, and work directly with clients to shape case strategy toward growth and partnership.

Qualifications

• 1–8 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience with motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy.
