• Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience with commercial, trusts and estates, employment, and general civil matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills; excellent communication and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery, court appearances, hearings and trial preparation.
• Handle commercial and business litigation, trusts and estates disputes, employment matters and general civil litigation.
• Conduct legal research and develop effective litigation strategies.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel and other parties; manage multiple cases and deadlines.
