You will manage civil litigation matters through all phases, draft pleadings and discovery, conduct research, take depositions, prepare clients and witnesses for hearings, and appear in court. The role emphasizes mentorship and long‑term career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in business disputes and real estate disputes preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and court appearances.

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters through all phases of a case.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and written discovery.
• Conduct legal research and help develop case strategy.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Prepare clients, fact witnesses, and experts for hearings, mediation, and trial.
• Appear in court for hearings, motion practice, and related proceedings.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Work closely with partners on litigation strategy and case development.
