The Wright Legal Group, LLC is seeking an Entry-Level Associate to join our growing boutique litigation practice in Georgia. You will handle both criminal defense and civil litigation matters, advancing from intake through trial with coaching from senior attorneys.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of litigation experience (criminal and/or civil).
• Active Georgia Bar license required.
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in criminal defense and civil litigation from intake to resolution.
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation, including trial.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Appear in court for hearings, depositions, mediations and trials.
• Engage in client counseling, case strategy development and negotiations.
• Collaborate with the legal team for effective case management.
