Job summary

SBSB Law PLLC is a rapidly growing defense law firm seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Dallas office. The role focuses on defense litigation in construction defect and personal injury matters, with opportunities to take expert depositions, draft motions, and prepare comprehensive case evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor, Texas bar licensure, and 3-10+ years of relevant experience, along with strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 3-10+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
• First- or second-chair trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters in construction defect and/or personal injury defense.
• Take expert depositions, draft and argue motions, and prepare complex case evaluations.
• Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills while effectively managing client relationships.
