The role focuses on defense litigation in construction defect and personal injury matters, with opportunities to take expert depositions, draft motions, and prepare comprehensive case evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor, Texas bar licensure, and 3-10+ years of relevant experience, along with strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 3-10+ years of relevant litigation experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
• First- or second-chair trial experience is a plus.
