We seek candidates with 2 to 8 years of experience in general liability and professional liability defense to handle complex cases in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Candidates will manage all stages of litigation, conduct thorough legal research, draft memoranda and motions, and represent clients in court, mediations, and arbitrations.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with exceptional credentials.
• 2 to 8 years of experience in general liability and/or professional liability defense.
• Active license to practice law in good standing.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and advocacy capabilities.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to take on significant responsibility and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Develop litigation strategies in close collaboration with senior attorneys and partners.
