Responsibilities

• Manage all litigation aspects: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial prep.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurers.
• Develop litigation strategies with senior attorneys and partners.
