Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice and trial preparation.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers.
• Develop litigation strategies and collaborate with senior attorneys and partners.
