Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• 1-5 years of litigation experience preferred.
• Defense experience in general liability or motor vehicle/trucking liability.
• Familiarity with Florida rules, civil procedure, and court practice.
• Superior writing, research, and communication skills.
• This is a full-time in-office position in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with flexibility for remote work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of civil lawsuits with Partner oversight.
• Responsibilities include client contact, investigation, pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediations.
• Regularly attend court appearances, depositions, and hearings.
• Communicate with clients and claims professionals and provide status reports to the team.
