Qualifications

• Experience in defense of complex claims across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters.
• Ability to analyze case law, statutes and regulatory frameworks to develop litigation strategies.
• Proven skill in drafting pleadings, motions and discovery materials.

Responsibilities

• Support insurance defense litigation across multiple offices.
• Perform strategic legal research to underpin litigation strategy.
• Draft and manage litigation documents with attention to detail.
• Contribute to client development by networking and strengthening relationships.
