• Lead and support settlement negotiations and mediation proceedings to help clients achieve favorable resolutions
• Prepare case strategy, evaluate claims, and collaborate with clients throughout dispute resolution
• Represent clients in mediations, settlement conferences, and occasional court appearances
• Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution and develop advocacy and ADR skills
