• Case Architecture & Strategy: drive discovery and litigation roadmap.
• Deposition & Courtroom Advocacy: first-chair in depositions and hearings.
• Substantive Brief Writing: pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Discovery Management: supervise complex written discovery and subpoenas.
• Trial & Arbitration Preparation: build trial notebooks and motions in limine.
• Strategic Client Advisory: advise executives on risk and exposure.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with other practice groups on disputes.
