LawFirms in North Carolina seeks two Commercial Litigation Associates (2+ years) to join its premier boutique. The roles are full-time, on-site in Greensboro, Raleigh, or Charlotte, NC, offering exposure to high-stakes disputes and top-tier defense work in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation experience.
• Commercial litigation preferred but other complex litigation ok.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Deposition and trial prep experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive documents.
• Manage discovery, conduct legal research, and develop case strategy.
• Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings and negotiations.
• Work with experienced attorneys and clients while gaining ownership of matters.
• Assist with trial preparation and trial work as appropriate.
