Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive legal research to support case development.
- Draft contracts, motions, pleadings, and wills with precision.
- Assist in trial preparation, organize evidence, and prep witnesses.
- Maintain clear, proactive client communications.
- Support litigation through depositions and procedural tasks.
- Manage case files and ensure compliance with procedural rules.
