Offit Kurman in the Dallas area is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its Employment & Commercial Litigation practice. The role focuses on employment litigation with opportunities in commercial disputes, representing both employers and employees, and handling a diverse caseload.

Competenze

• Approximately 5+ years of litigation experience.
• Experience handling depositions and active involvement in litigation proceedings.
• Strong research, writing, analytical and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, in-office environment.

Mansioni

• Manage employment and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation documents.
• Represent clients in hearings, court proceedings, injunction matters, and other contested proceedings.
• Develop litigation strategies and work directly with clients.
• Handle matters independently while collaborating with senior attorneys on more complex cases.
