Requirements

• Strong litigation experience in Delaware state courts, particularly in the Court of Chancery
• Federal, Chancery, or Delaware Supreme Court clerkship is beneficial
• Experience in Delaware federal courts is a plus

Salary and Benefits

At the time of posting, the salary range for this role is US $260,000 – US $420,000. This range is based on a full‑time work schedule. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus.
