Agnello & Rogers, a Chicago-based boutique defense firm, seeks an experienced attorney to join our litigation team and manage depositions, court appearances, and trial preparation.

We focus on defense of complex transportation and premises liability claims, including wrongful death and catastrophic injuries, and invite candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with clients, consultants, and experts.

Responsibilities

• Handle new cases from initial investigation through discovery and trial preparation
• Respond on an emergency basis to serious accidents, working directly with clients and defense consultants
• Analyze medical records for client reports/opinion letters and coordinate the work of expert witnesses
• Cover regular court appearances and take depositions
