TS Law Chambers in New Delhi is seeking a competent Senior Associate to join our expanding litigation practice. The role involves extensive court exposure, independent matter handling, and active participation in complex litigation and arbitration matters across multiple forums.

We require 3–6 years in litigation, a strong court background, and the ability to manage matters independently with excellent drafting, research, and client-handling skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of litigation experience, preferably before the Supreme Court of India or Delhi High Court.
• Strong litigation background with proven court exposure.
• Excellent drafting, research and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits and written submissions.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis.
• Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials.
• Manage case files, documentation and court filings.
• Liaise with clients, court staff and other advocates.
