Qualifications

• Experience appearing before District Courts and High Courts.
• Minimum 1 year of litigation experience.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of court procedures and legal protocols.
• Ability to independently manage litigation matters while working with the team.

Responsibilities

• Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions.
