Qualifications

• 1+ years of litigation experience, preferably in Personal Injury.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and trial attorneys.
• Maintain client relationships.
• Help prepare demands and work with cases pre-suit.
• Prepare legal reports and documents.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports.
• Attend and prepare for depositions and court appearances.

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Strong interest in Personal Injury Law

Education

Law degree from a fully accredited law school

Active member in good standing with the KY State Bar Association
