Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Lexington, Kentucky seeks an experienced Associate Attorney to join a litigation-focused team. The role involves collaborating with trial attorneys to support the litigation process and develop strong courtroom skills.

The successful candidate will hold a JD, be an active KY State Bar member, and bring 1+ years of litigation experience—preferably in personal injury. Excellent writing and advocacy abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active KY State Bar membership.
• 1+ years of litigation experience; personal injury preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clients and assist trial attorneys throughout the litigation process.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships.
• Prepare demands and manage cases pre-suit.
• Draft legal reports and documents.
• Interact with expert witnesses and draft reports/affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Collaborate with litigation paralegals and case managers.
