Qualifications

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents in construction-related matters.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Manage active caseload and collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, including dispute resolution proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
