The candidate will lead complex construction litigation, manage all phases of litigation, and deepen client relationships with developers, contractors, insurers, and design professionals. Collaboration with firm leadership is essential for strategic expansion and mentoring junior

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of substantive experience in construction litigation.
• Portable book of business with established client relationships or ability to develop new business.
• Experience managing legal teams and directing litigation strategy.
• Strong client relationship skills with a track record of retaining and growing accounts.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical abilities.
• Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex construction litigation matters from strategy through resolution.
• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and trial.
• Develop and deepen client relationships with developers, contractors, insurers, and design professionals.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic expansion.
• Mentor junior attorneys and shape the team as the practice grows.
